Sanga Glazed Exterior Emulsion provides a rich and smooth finish for exterior walls. Its composition imparts excellent durability to the paint film and gives your walls that “Just Painted’ look year after year. Sanga Glazed Exterior Emulsion is washable and most stains can be removed easily by sponging with a mild soap solution. The paint film is also fungus and mildew-resistant. Sanga Glazed Paint is an exterior wall finish that can applied on all types of smooth plasters, false ceilings, asbestos sheets, concrete etc.

Technical Description

Finish: Smooth and soft sheen.

Gloss Levels / Sheen Levels: Silky smooth with soft sheen.

Coverage: On smooth primer masonry surface by brushing.

1. Coats: 130 to 150 sq.ft / ltr.

2. Coats: 70 to 80 sq.ft / ltr.

Stability of Water-Based Paint: Use within 24 hours.

Shelf Life: 3 years from the date of manufacture in original, tightly closed containers, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Precautions:

Kindly refer to the MSDS of Sanga Glazed Emulsion for detailed safety measures while handling the paint.
Do not apply when the ambient temperature is below 10°C or if it is likely to drop to this level within 4 hours of application.
Do not over-thin or overextend the brush.
Do not use strainers or additional colourants after tinting without approval from the technical division of Sanga Paints.
Ensure that horizontal surfaces such as window tops and edges are painted with 3 coats for greater protection.
Paints need thorough shaking immediately after water addition and before use.
Stir well before use.

Usage Instructions

Cleaning: Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any loose paint, dust, or grease. Any previous growth of fungus, algae, or moss needs to be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water.

Filling: Minor surface imperfections such as holes, dents, and cracks up to 3mm are to be filled with Sanga Crack Seal or Sanga Wall Putty to level the surface. Large holes should be filled with a mixture of white cement and fine sand in the ratio of 1:3.

Freshly Plastered: Surfaces must be allowed to cure completely, and the pH should be between 7–9 at the time of application.

Store the container with the lid tightly closed in an upright position, in a cool and dry place.
Keep out of reach of children and away from eatables.
May be harmful if swallowed. In case of ingestion, seek immediate medical attention.
Wear eye protection during application. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
In case of skin contact, immediately wash the skin with soap and plenty of water. Get medical attention if irritation develops or persists.
Do not breathe vapour or spray. It is recommended to wear a suitable nose pad during sanding and surface preparation to avoid dust inhalation.
Do not pour leftover paint down the drain or into watercourses.
In the event of spills, contain spillage using sand or earth.
No added lead, mercury, or chromium compounds.
