Description:

Sanga Roller Coat Texture is a Co-polymer emulsion-based textured coating reinforced with quartz and marble powder offering a very unique and attractive spike-like textured finish. Spike texture reasonably helps to hide the surface defects generally associated with standard plastered, smooth concrete surfaces and provides richness to the overall building structure.

Recommended Use :
To be used on exterior surfaces. It can also be used on interior cement plaster surfaces, gypsum boards, and woodwork.

Per Bag (25 kg): 100 to 120 sq. ft.
Safety & Precautions :

Prior to use, read and follow the product specification, MSDS, and label information.
Stir the contents thoroughly before dilution. Avoid extra thinning and over-extending the roller or brush.
Do not apply when the temperature is below 10°C or when humidity is above 90%.
Ensure that existing paint is properly bonded and not peeling.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
Use safety equipment such as rubber or polythene gloves, safety goggles/glasses, and a face mask.
Keep out of reach of children.
Stir or mix well before use.
Moisture content of the wall should ideally be below 12%.
pH value of the wall surface should ideally be between 7 and 11.

Usage Instructions

Surface Inspection: Before painting the exterior walls, undertake repairs of all surface imperfections – cracks, leakages, undulations, and rust caused by drainage pipes.

Scraping & Cleaning: Remove all loose paint, dirt, fungus, algae, moss, and salt deposits alternatively by wire brushing the surface. On the fungus-affected areas, apply 1 or 2 coats of Sanga Paint Bio-Wash solutions (5% v/v) by brush. Allow it to dry overnight. Wash it again the next day with potable water thoroughly. Wash the scraped surface thoroughly and allow it to dry. Sanga recommended Tools: Express Painting Sander with paint scraper attachment and Express Painting Jet washer.

Crack Bridging: For filling normal & wider cracks up to 5 mm, use Sanga Crack Seal Paste as per the product usage guidelines.
