Recommended Use:
To be used on exterior surfaces. It can be used on interior surfaces of cement plaster, gypsum board, and woodwork.
Application Method: Stainless Steel Trowel / Fiber Trowel / Spatula.
Coverage:
- Fine (0.5) – 4.0 to 5.0 sq.ft./kg/Coat
- Regular (1mm) – 3.5 to 4.5 sq.ft./kg/Coat
- Standard (2mm) – 2.0 to 2.5 sq.ft./kg/Coat
- High Build (3mm) – 1.6 to 2.0 sq.ft./kg/Coat

Surface Preparation:
- Surface Inspection: Before painting the exterior walls, undertake repairs of all surface imperfections – cracks, leakages, undulations, and rust caused by drainage pipes.
- Scraping & Cleaning: Remove all loose paints, dirt, fungus, algae, moss, and salt deposits alternately by wire brushing the surface.
- Crack Bridging: For filling cracks up to 5mm, use Sanga Crack Fill.
- Waterproofing: If required, apply SANGA SBR LATEX on the affected areas as per the product usage guidelines.
Direction For Use:
Primer Application: Normally primer is not recommended on new surfaces. However, in case of chalky substrate or repainting, it is recommended to apply one coat of Weathercoat Exterior Primer.
Texture Application: Apply one coat of Sanga Rustic Texture. Scratch with a trowel and allow it to dry for 16–18 hrs.
- Recommended Tools: Steel & Plastic Trowel
- Thinning: If required, use 3–5% of fresh water for better consistency.
Top Coat: Apply 2 coats of Sanga Weather Coat.
Safety & Precautions:
- Prior to use, read & follow product specification, MSDS, and label information.
- Stir the contents thoroughly before dilution; avoid extra thinning and overextending the roller/brush.
- Do not apply when the temperature is below 10°C or humidity above 90%.
- Ensure that existing paint is properly bonded and not peeling off.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
- Use safety equipment like rubber or polythene gloves, safety goggles, and face masks.
- Keep away from children.
- Stir / Mix well before use.
